Wow Wee | Co-Founder and CEO

Richard Yanofsky co-founded Wow Wee, a company renowned for pioneering robotic toys. Under his leadership, Wow Wee introduced several groundbreaking products, including the Robosapien robot, which became a bestseller and a cultural phenomenon.

His strategic vision and innovative approach helped Wow Wee to become a major player in the toy industry, known for integrating advanced technology into engaging and entertaining toys.

Hasbro | Collaborator/Partner

Through his work with Wow Wee, Richard formed partnerships with major toy companies, including Hasbro. These collaborations allowed Wow Wee to leverage Hasbro’s vast distribution network and market expertise, enhancing the reach and impact of its innovative products.

Optimal Group | Executive Leader

At Optimal Group, Richard played a crucial role in overseeing technology investments and operational strategies. His work involved steering the company towards profitable ventures and ensuring the successful imlarge-scaleplementation of new technologies. Scott Bachrach

Scott is an American businessman, entrepreneur and founder of Tastemakers, a leader in home entertainment products and creator of the Arcade1Up brand of ¾ scale arcade and pinball machines with classic retro licensed games for the home.

Bachrach launched Arcade1Up in 2018, and the company has since sold more than 4 million retro arcade and pinball machines. Arcade1Up’s licensed retro home arcade machines include: The Simpsons; Street Fighter, X-Men Pac-Man, Mortal Kombat, NBA Jam; Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and more. In 2021, Arcade1Up released the Infinity Game Table, a digital board game table with over 40 games including Monopoly (game), Scrabble, Battleship (game) and more.

The Infinity Game Table started as a Kickstarter campaign that raised over $1 million. In 2011, Bachrach founded The Wish Factory, a global manufacturing, marketing, product development, and licensing company. His previous companies were Think Tank Toys and Fun-4-All

Matt is a visionary leader and innovator in the field of AI robotics and interactive toy technologies.

For over 20 years, Matt has been at the forefront of developing cutting-edge products that blend traditional categories with storytelling, innovation and unique immersive experiences for the world’s best kids brands.

24 Watts | CCO & Head of Global Licensing

At 24 Watts, Matt drove the company’s commercial growth by building a comprehensive global consumer products program and licensing division.

He created the globally distributed YouTube animated series “Cozmo & Friends,” Roblox game experiences, and managed licensing across Consumer Products, eCommerce, and Location-Based Entertainment.

Warner Bros. Discovery | VP, Global Digital Products

Matt was the creator and architect behind “Corbit the Robot”, a groundbreaking product combining AI, robotics, and smart toy features. He reimagined the Discovery Kids brand in content and product, leading global distribution efforts for digital products and toys.

Matt collaborated with the world’s largest tech companies, including Apple, Amazon, Google, Tencent, and Alibaba. He also gained significant consumer products manufacturing experience during his time in China.

Paramount Global | Senior Director, Nickelodeon

At Nickelodeon, Matt spearheaded the transition to direct-to-consumer and online retail efforts for iconic brands such as SpongeBob, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Dora the Explorer. He oversaw premium games and digital products at Nickelodeon, in addition to significant brand experience, retail sales, and marketing across brick-and-mortar retail and eCommerce channels.
